Problem
During the pandemic, many workers were laid off due to businesses being unable to meet health standards inside enclosed areas where people can affect others’ health safety.
Modular soundproofed offices are the beginning of a new era for the remote hybrid worker who is looking for comfort, quiet and flexible.
Solution
1. Ensure that users can easily access products and specs to learn about the benefits of modular portable offices.
2. Provide a brief background story of the Business–About Us Page.
3. Allow users to explore & navigate the website with an easy-to-use approach having accessibility be our primary goal.

Target Audience
Employing user surveys launched through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook gave me qualitative and quantitative data based on my target audience demographic.
The research and data collected through survey reports show that 75% of people working from home have distractions that affect their productivity and home offices are not always the ideal work environment.

Challenge
Build a responsive-design website for mobile and desktop devices that are accessible to everyone and brand products based on users’ needs and goals.
- People are budgeting due to the pandemic being a huge change to the workplace environment and businesses are becoming vacant with workers working from remote locations.
40% of conference spaces are being used at less than full capacity 70% of the time.
Our goal is to provide a modern Nook for people who are limited in space and want a quiet atmosphere to produce their best work and dream big.

Conclusion
During the 4-week agile sprint following the double diamond process to design mockups and wireframes based on user needs, I launched usability tests and conducted interviews to evaluate and iterate revisions based on the outcome of the usability reports.
In conclusion, I learned upon the launching of NOOK Modern Workspace continual monitoring of the user experience will be ongoing to revolutionize our design for improvements to adapt to the times.
